I recently had the 12V auxiliary battery replaced on my Mercedes-Benz GLC 350e at GT. The experience was excellent from start to finish.GT began with a diagnostic battery test to confirm replacement was necessary, rather than proceeding on assumption. The initial quote was transparent, with no additional or hidden charges — the final invoice matched the estimate exactly.After installation, the technicians performed a post-service vehicle check. They noted a few prior low-voltage warnings in the system and advised these should clear following the new battery installation, which they did.Walter provided the service and was both highly professional and courteous throughout. I would recommend GT for hybrid electrical work based on the thoroughness, pricing transparency, and customer care demonstrated.

Spoke with Carlos about repairing a leaking main seal on our 2018 Mercedes Benz S560. He was very accommodating and they did an excellent job on the vehicle for less than half the price of the local dealership. The job took two days and I would recommend them for future work.
