I have been using GT automotive for over 10 years. Recently, we were having brake issues with a Honda Odyssey. We took it to a dealer to fix since recalls and had them look at the brakes as well, out of convenience. They were dishonest about cost and used bait and switch tactics regarding fixing our brakes. I ultimately refused service and took it to GT. They had the car in and out within half a day, were honest about cost, didn’t charge exorbitant shop costs above cost of service, and communicated throughout the whole repair. I have found that type of care to be their standard. I have taken four cars for service and never had an issue with the fix afterwards. I trust their mechanics and service completely. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

You can absolutely trust to pay an absolutely fair price for truly exceptional services, including a courtesy loaner car so that while your car is being worked on, you’re not left without a vehicle. We have brought in my 2014 Subaru crosstrek multiple times for mostly maintenance and small repairs and have been helped with almost an entire rebuild on my boyfriends 2004 Chevy Astro, and it shows that this team of mechanics have great range when it comes to taking care of literally any vehicle.As a woman, it’s been really great to know that if anything goes wrong with my car, I don’t have to be afraid of taking it in and being dismissed for having questions or not understanding or getting unnecessary repairs.
