La Sierra and Arlington are our home neighborhoods, roughly five minutes away. Magnolia Center is about ten minutes east along the Magnolia Avenue corridor. Hawarden Hills reaches us in about twelve minutes down Victoria Avenue. Canyon Crest, on the east side near UC Riverside, is around twenty minutes via the 91. Mission Grove and Alessandro Heights in south Riverside are twenty to twenty-five minutes out. We also see regular customers from Corona, Moreno Valley, Norco and Eastvale.
How Is an Independent European Specialist Different From the Dealer?
The tooling is the same. The relationship is not.
We run factory diagnostic software and dealer-level equipment, so a fault code reads the same on our bench as it does at the dealership. What changes is that you talk to the technician working on your car, you see the old parts come off, and you get a Digital Vehicle Inspection with photographs rather than a line item you have to take on trust.
Our labor warranty runs 3 years or 30,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Does Servicing at an Independent Shop Void My Factory Warranty?
No. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a manufacturer cannot void your vehicle warranty simply because an independent shop performed the maintenance. What matters is that scheduled service is performed to the manufacturer’s specification, with parts that meet specification, and that it is documented. We do all three and we keep the records.
How Long Does European Auto Repair Usually Take?
It depends on the work. Scheduled maintenance and oil service are typically same-day. Brake work is usually same-day. Diagnostics on an intermittent electrical or drivability fault can take longer, because finding the fault honestly takes longer than guessing at it. We tell you the expected turnaround before work begins, and we call you before doing anything that changes it.
