I wish I had found them years ago. I have a BMW 535i that seemed to get spontaneous new issues after routine service visits at Riverside BMW. This is why I started looking for a non- dealership mechanic and found GT Imports. I had my first oil service appt with them a few days ago, and waited in the lobby. Each customer that walked in was treated as if they were members of their family. Everyone was extremely polite... and they care about cars. It's like taking your dog to a really good vet, and you know you can 100% trust their opinion.

I Really like this shop. Everyone staff member and owner was polite. The diagnosis of my car was thorough. any needs Or concerns I had was addressed. I was given multiple options ,so I could make sure I was comfortable with my decisions. I wasn't pressured into making anything for sales. Everyone at the shop genuinely cared. About me getting the best service possible. Highly recommend

Employees were extremely communicative and transparent about delays that were out of their control, threw in a small service for me that wasn’t even requested as a kindness, and took great care of my car. This is the only shop I have gone to and that’s definitely not going to change!

We were looking for a shop to diagnose a problem with my Mercedes diesel SUV. I saw the 5 star reviews for this shop and called for an appointment. They found the problem the dealer couldn’t find. Henry did the work and the repair was great. Great team. I’m very impressed with the dealership quality work and the lower price. These guys know what they’re doing. I can’t give them enough praise. The shop is clean and so is the office in the bathroom. This just shows attention to detail to me.. Love the staff, super friendly knowledgeable, very polite, young men. This will be our go to shop when we need work done for our SUV. Because of all the heavy work they did, tearing apart the engine, They forgot to do the A service. Walter apologize and told us come back and they’ll do the a service complementary. Who does that? like I said great service. Will definitely be back. Oh! Because our SUV is our family hauler The inside looks like…. Well, kids have been in it. When we got it back, they had washed it and detailed the interior. Lol, I’m not sure how long that will hold up with the kids in the back, but at least it was super clean inside and out when we got it back. Wonderful, thoughtful service all the way around.. I’m leaving a five star review. Vin you and the crew deserve it. Thank you so much.
