My dog knocked the rear view mirror off of my mini cooper. I could see what needed to happen to re-attach it, but was unable to do it. I called, and Ruby said to bring it in...if they could fix it immediately, they would, otherwise I would have to make an appointment for a greater time span. Luckily, Chris was able to put it back together in a short time.....of course, it was more involved than I originally thought.. Happy customer!!! I would trust GT Imports with any of my cars, but especially the Mini!

This shop owner has been taking care of my car for at least 19 years and the car I owned before that. I always get great service, friendly workers and good communication. I do not feel like I was ever sold something I did not need and they usually make notes in my file on things that are wearing out on my car so we can keep an eye on it and check it the next time I am in for service.
